Hobbies
I use to walk to the park nearby and go to the beach,once a week. Eat organic food,when possible,no smoking,neither alcohol. Read one hour per day and watch series in TV for a couple of hours. I sleep at least six hours,plus a nap,after lunch,of half of hour. Fruits,veggies and plenty of water. Peaceful,in a family friendly scenario.
