I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Science/ Child development from Florida State University with a minor in Communications and area of focus in chemistry and biology. These degrees were awarded in Spring of 2015. My overall GPA was 3.5 and my science GPA was 3.7. I am currently enrolled in organic chemistry and plan to take genetics and biochemistry in the coming semesters!

I have an ongoing curiosity in health science and emergency medicine! I am applying to PA programs once all of my appropriate prerequisites have been completed. I believe that each individual has their own unique way of integrating and analyzing new information, but that sometimes that individual light is not revealed in classroom settings in which the ratio of students to teaching staff is high. With one on one interaction, students are much more likely to ask questions. These questions and the manner in which they are asked are often key insight into one's learning style. I try to take these learning styles into consideration and apply material in a way that is meaningful to and resonates with my tutees.
